Detective Patricia Ethan

Patricia "Pat" Ethan is a police detective and a specialist in working with blind witnesses. She pairs such testimony with physical evidence. Concrete dust on a stolen car told her that the rattling Jenny heard was a pneumatic chisel at a demolition site. She works alongside Captain Quinn and his officers, and her trust in Jenny's sharp ears and memory helped earn the girl the name "the perfect witness."
