Seth Young

Seth Young is a young newcomer to Odyssey and an old camp friend of Aubrey's, whom he knew from their days together at camp. He has become a Christian, and his faith is enthusiastic but misguided. Seth treats evangelism like a campaign to be won. He has a plan for everyone - joking with his mother, talking peat moss with a flower-loving neighbor - and he vows to take his "universal evangelism" worldwide by age twenty-five. He will fake football fandom or invent a childhood if it helps him win someone over, and he urges Aubrey to do the same. For all his talk of outreach, his own mother has never once heard him speak about God. He also catches the eye of girls like Mandy and Liz, who quarrel over him.
