Priscilla Peterson is a schoolgirl in Odyssey and a friend of Barrett and Jay Smouse. She is especially close to Barrett, who makes her a goofy musical birthday card and teams up with her to win a town-wide scavenger hunt. She joins in at Whit's End too, including an overnight charity rock-a-thon. Priscilla values sincerity over cleverness. After she freezes up during the school announcements, she does not want a scheme to rescue her reputation. She wants a friend who will sit with her, share a milkshake, and listen. Jay's tricks often land on her, but she keeps a level head. Trapped with him in the Room of Consequence, she works out that their choices can change the story and talks an angry stranger out of revenge.
