Dean Douglas Rogers

Douglas Rogers is the dean of Campbell College, the school where Eugene Meltsner held a job and pursued his own research. As dean, Rogers serves as the official voice of the campus, the man outsiders approach when they want an account of what has happened there. He draws on the school's security video to explain events, and his explanations carry the weight of his office. When Eugene's secret project - research into turning brain waves into radio signals - became the center of a crisis, Rogers offered the college's version of the story.
