In this episode Eugene visits the McKay's apartment and Grady proudly tells him that he sleeps on the couch but in later episodes there is many mentions of Grady having a bedroom and a closet. Although it is possible that the McKay's moved to a 2-bedroom apartment it is unlikely for it probably would have been mentioned in the one of the shows.
