In this episode, Agnes Riley is saddend by the memory that Timmy won't be coming home that night. But in "The Other Woman" Tom says that Agnes is his second wife and that he married her [i]after[i] Timmy died. Therefore, she shouldn't have had any memories of him (imagined or otherwise).

Actually, that's not necessarily a goof. In "The Other Woman", Tom mentions that Agnes heard about Timmy, and she later asks Tom to "give Timmy all her love". It is possible that she fabricated memories of Timmy based upon information Tom gave her while at Hillingdale.

Monica Stone couldn't have been Duncan's sister because they have seperate last names. And from what we can tell Monica was not married. The only possible explanation for this is if she was divorced.

It's not a goof. Monica Stone could have been Duncan Mathis' sister. They could have different fathers or Monica's last name isn't really stone. She is a shady character after all and could have a fake last name.

I thought about that, too. But there is at least one possibility:
Duncan and Monica may be half-siblings, via the same mother from 2 different fathers. Half-siblings don't usually run around saying "This is my half-sister." If they've grown up together, which, in all likelihood they have since Monica blames herself for Duncan's condition, it is extremely likely that they are half-siblings who simply see each other as brother and sister.
