Proclus says that the temple is nothing compared to the Colosseum in Rome. The story is taking place sometime between 4BC and 2BC or there about, during the reign of Caesar Augustus (whose reign was from 27BC to 14AD). But the Colosseum was not even ordered to be built until the reign of Vespasian, whose reign was from 69 to 79 AD.

Addendum to above goof: Ironically, the Colosseum was completed during the reign of the Roman general who ordered the Temple's destruction.
