William Shattered

William Shattered is a performer in several Kids Radio adventures. He hosts Rescue 119, an emergency program that supplies Bible verses to callers who cannot remember them. He also plays Captain Shattered aboard the starship Aerobasize in Star Trip. With his companion Crock, the captain searches for a kidnapped princess and battles shape-changing Ding Dongs using scripture phasers. These comic heroes always receive God's Word from a convenient outside source. Their narrow escapes help Connie Kendall make a serious point: no emergency operator, wonder dog, or imaginary weapon can replace learning Scripture personally and keeping its truth ready in one's heart.
