Sayeed Asam

Pastor Sayeed Asam leads a Christian church in a Middle Eastern country where openly following Jesus can bring violence and arrest. He welcomes Whit, Eugene, and an early Imagination Station so local children can experience Bible stories. Sayeed understands the danger but continues serving believers, refugees, and families who need courage more than comfort. When a Muslim boy enters the machine and sees the crucifixion, Sayeed is kidnapped and held in a warehouse. His wife and daughter Grace pray for the men responsible instead of returning their hatred. After an imam experiences a life changing vision, he frees Sayeed and asks to read Jesus' words. Steady and forgiving, Sayeed trusts God to open a way when every human door appears closed.
