Mrs. Murphy

Molly Murphy is a spirited, smart-aleck young girl in Odyssey who lives with her mom. Her father died three years before her twelfth birthday, and she treasures his memory. As a younger child she played video games and went on treasure hunts with him. Her closest bond now is with her grandfather, the police detective Polehaus, whom she calls Gramps. He loves her sharp tongue, sees through her schemes, and shares fishing trips, game competitions, and treasure hunts with her. Molly's best friend is Allison, who runs a channel on Tweenvids and once coaxed her into sweet-talking Gramps for a new phone. Molly can be tempted by gadgets and followers, but when pressed she chooses real relationships over both.
