Logan Scott

Logan Scott is an Alaskan boy carrying grief, anger, and questions about his family. Believing his missing mother may be near the Iditarod trail, he stows away on a Carry the Cure plane and searches for her without his father's permission. A storm forces the plane down, leaving Logan injured in a remote cabin. The nurse who reaches him is Amy, the mother he has desperately wanted to find. Logan later learns that his father Lewis loved him more deeply than he had ever expressed. At a village outreach, a girl named Rain shows him a battered silver coin that has lost none of its value. Holding a matching coin, Logan begins to understand that pain has not reduced his worth and steps forward to ask for prayer.
