Joaquin

Joaquin was a feared Guatemalan cartel boss and the younger brother of Pastor Alejandro. Cartel raiders carried him away as a child while Alejandro hid, leaving both brothers marked by the separation. Years later, Joaquin used his power to seize land Alejandro hoped to buy for a church. Alejandro confronted him not with a weapon, but with Joaquin's childhood toy harmonica, engraved with a message about the love of Jesus Christ. He confessed his cowardice and begged his brother's forgiveness. Joaquin refused to reconcile in person, yet his final will gave Alejandro the land and money needed to build the church.
