Brenda Lindelman

Brenda Lindelman is the producer of Family Survivors, a television series about an average family battling zombies in an Old West ghost town. When Harlow Doyle, Emily Jones, Matthew Parker, and Jay Smouse wander onto her closed set, she quickly turns the mishap to her advantage. Brenda hires Harlow to investigate the broken security, gives Jay a role, and recruits Emily and Matthew as representatives of the show's target audience. Their questions expose how little her idea resembles a recognizable family. Brenda answers concerns about relationships, values, and young viewers with talk about demographics, trends, and action figures. She is practical, fast-thinking, and strongly guided by marketing. Even when the children are confused by her tangled cast of characters, she keeps steering the conversation back toward what she believes will sell.
