Alicia Jennings

Alicia Jennings is the mayor's assistant and the technical director at Odyssey City Hall. Capable with computers and public systems, she carries a secret from childhood that has shaped three lives. Angry with her sister Wendy, ten year old Alicia destroyed a letter from Michael Butler and lied that it had never arrived. Twenty years later, black roses, a frozen clock, and stolen diary pages force the truth toward the surface. A lonely admirer named Andrew Drevil uses Alicia's past to frighten her and distract the town during a bank robbery. Alicia finally confesses what she did, allowing Wendy and Michael to speak again.
