Ali Farah

Ali Farah is Jalal's uncle and a staunch Muslim who reacts violently after his nephew experiences the crucifixion of Jesus in an Imagination Station. Blaming Pastor Saeed Asam for leading the boy astray, Ali kidnaps the pastor and confines him in an abandoned warehouse. He mocks Saeed's pleas and waits for Imam Abdullah to decide what should happen. Ali expects the imam to support punishment, but Abdullah arrives changed by a repeated vision of Jesus. The imam orders Saeed released and delivers a message that Jesus also claims Ali and his whole family. Ali obeys the release but struggles to understand what he has heard. Fierce, protective, and shaken, he encounters a mercy that reaches both the prisoner he threatened and the captor responsible.
