Writer News
To help keep away those hiatus-blues, I've decided to release a bit of info on an upcoming episode that I hope will get fans excited. Lots of speculation has been revolving around "The Other Side of the Glass I, II, III" and what is might be about. Personally? I have no idea. However, I do know this... the three-parter was written by none other than Paul McCusker! It's definitely an episode I'm going to be keeping my eyes on, as Paul has certainly written his fair share of gems. It's been years since he was last credited with writing an episode that wasn't part of an ensemble team so this is definitely something AIO fans should be waiting for with great anticipation!

Walker Tribute
Focus on the Family has put together a tribute for Walker Edmiston which can be heard in today's official podcast. The program is a touching way to say goodbye to a man who was loved by millions of fans.

David Griffin Interview Part 1
That first part of the David Griffin interview I mentioned a couple of weeks ago is now available on The Unofficial Odyssey Podcast! It's an interesting conversation with the man who was (and will forever be) Jimmy Barclay! :o)

And in case you missed it the first time, I did my own interview with David nearly a year ago. While I'm still not entirely happy with the way the audio quality turned out, I think the content makes up for it!

Medium Quality (35.4 megs)

Low Quality (20.7 megs)

So there you have it... a double dose of David Griffin goodness for you today!

Moment of Truth / Walker Tribute
Lots of things to talk about today! First, I have the title of Album 48 for you... "Moment of Truth". It's slated to be released September of 2007 and I'll have album artwork for you once it becomes available.

There's also more news regarding the Adventures in Odyssey: Platinum Collection. It's a boxed set with 3 "wallets" inside (similar to the Radio Theatre: Chronicles of Narnia set). The episodes that will be included can be seen on the back cover below:

The Lost Episodes Front Cover The Lost Episodes Back Cover

If you haven't heard a lot of these episodes or want to bring in a new fan, you should pick a copy up! This Collection will be available in Christian Bookstores (and online) this July! :o)

And in case you forgot, "The Top Floor III" airs today. As usual you can listen to it online on Oneplace. I'll be uploading the episode information for the last several shows over the next two days as well.

Finally, and most importantly, Focus on the Family has put together a tribute podcast to celebrate the life of Walker Edmiston. The podcast will air on March 21, 2007. It's an extremely touching tribute featuring memories and stories from Steve Burns, Chris Anthony, Paul Herlinger, Katie Leigh, Bob Luttrell and the current staff of Adventures in Odyssey. It's a great way to commemorate the life of my favorite Adventures in Odyssey actor.

Update: All episode information has now been uploaded.

Facebook Fans
For all you Facebookers out there (and those who have not yet signed up), there's a great group called "Adventures in Odyssey Was the Soundtrack of my Childhood" for you to check out. Now, we all know that there's hundreds of AIO fans that frequent such places as The Town of Odyssey, but there are over a thousand members of that Facebook group (1,574 as of this posting) which is amazing when you consider there's so many fans we've never had the pleasure of chatting with online. So if you're interested in checking out other fans with similar interests, check out "Adventures in Odyssey Was the Soundtrack of my Childhood"!

I will also be updating the last several episodes of Adventures in Odyssey with character/actor/episode descriptions this weekend, in case you've missed out! :o)
